She supports clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and life transitions, including struggles with people-pleasing, perfectionism, and emotional regulation. Together, you can work toward meaningful, lasting change that reflects your values, goals, and what matters most to you.

Therapeutic Modalities

Jackie draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, Art and Play Therapy, ACT, Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Mindfulness and Somatic Therapy.

Credentials & Memberships

Jackie is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
